Frederick George Houghton Greenwood, was born in the Sept. quarter of 1884, Burnley.

Fred married Ruth Exton in the March quarter of 1909 in Burnley.

In the 1911 census they were living at Old Rd Side, Billington. Fred 25 weaver, Ruth 28 weaver born in Whalley, Annie1 and Ada 5months both born in Billington. They went on to have another son Herbert in 1914.

Frederick left his effects to his widow Ruth.
