From the Burnley News 21st April 1917:  BURNLEY SOLDIER KILLED IN ACTION

News reached Burnley last weekend that Pte. Lord of the 10th Scottish Rifles, whose parents live at 11 Cleaver Street, Burnley, had been killed in action on 29th March.
